Get creative in our candle making workshop and release tension in a 90-minute guided breathwork session designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Mornings begin with gentle meditation and stretching to center and energize your day, while evenings invite relaxation and connection, whether in the sauna or around the fire with other women on the retreat.
